Hi. I recently read a new book that just came out entitled "Renewable Energy
Explained" written by Jay and Lynne Mueller.
The book does exacly what the title says, it explains what each of the are, the
benefits and short comings if any, and why we all should be "goin green" to
help the environment.
I know that there are a lot of "green" books out there. I have read most of
them, being alternative, affordable, renewable energy is a passion of mine.
But this book I understood. It was easy to understand, unlike those clinical
type books. Jay and Lynne use plain everyday language so that anyone can
understand this stuff.
Here is what is covered in the book:
CHAPTER 1 - What is Non-Renewable Energy
CHAPTER 2 - What is Renewable Energy
CHAPTER 3 - How to Save Energy/Money
CHAPTER 4 - What is Wind Power
CHAPTER 5 - What is Solar Power
CHAPTER 6 - What is Geothermal Power
CHAPTER 7 - What is Water Power
CHAPTER 8 - What are Renewable Energy Rebates
CHAPTER 9 - What is Clean Coal
CHAPTER 10 - Nuclear Power as an Alternative
CHAPTER 11 - What are Biofuels
CHAPTER 12 - Using Natural Gas to Reduce Our Dependence on Foreign Oil
The sales page has just gone live and Lynne emailed me to tell me that I was
the first person to buy the book from the site. She asked for a review, so I
wrote this for them.
For $27 I got "Renewable Energy Explained" and two bonuses, another book
called "Going and Living Green" and a Mini-Course on easy ways to go green
and save money at the same time. If you're interested check it out at
renewableenergyexplained.com. I thought it was a good deal, and now that I
have it, I know it was well worth the small fee. The site has all the
information you need and the testimonials to help you to decide "Renewable
Energy Explained" is for you. - Brian Jefferys
